I am an apprentice to Mistress Thjora Arnketilsdottir, and I focus currently on period glasswork, with an emphasis on lampworking, glass fusing and stained and leaded glass. Current research areas include core-formed vessels and early glassmaking. My other interests include costuming (particularly 14th-15th centuries), fiber arts (spinning, weaving, knitting, lucet braiding) and equestrian activities. I am an authorized sword and shield fighter, although I have not participated much recently. I have taught at several Atlantian Universities in the past 3 years, and have organized the Arts and Sciences activities at Sapphire Joust 2005. In addition, I serve as the Minister of Arts and Sciences for the Barony of Caer Mear, a position which has allowed me to bring A&S activities to a wider audience and encourage our group's newcomers. I am a member of both House de la Flamme and the House of the Red.
